I am a plaintiff's attorney in upstate New York.
Are you aware of a way to secure data from the JCAHCO on specific patient care cases?

Paul:

I would not think that JCAHCO could disclose information about a specific case unless they can redact the names and personal information. I have never tried to secure any information from JCAHCO so I am not sure.
Good luck.
