More Arbitration Mess

I ran across a link to this article on TortDeform today.  And then my head spun around.  Its not really nursing home related, but its certianly something to be aware of - We're always talking about not signing arbitration clauses, about how you NEVER should sign one, about how you ALWAYS should make sure your powers of attorney do not have the authority to sign one on your behalf - and now, apparently, you don't have to sign it at all but can still be bound by it.

Lovely.

Just wanted you all to be aware.
